Hi! I’m Teaira, founder of TD Strategy Group. I believe entrepreneurs deserve operational freedom to focus on growing their business, not drowning in administrative chaos. That’s why I build sustainable systems that give business owners their time back.

I specialize in creating order out of chaos, building systems that actually work, and handling the backend operations that keep your business running smoothly. I’m naturally detail-oriented and take pride in doing things right. With over 10 years of experience in operations, HR, onboarding, and admin support, plus an MBA, I bring strategic thinking to every task I manage.

I love connecting with people, understanding what they need, and helping them build businesses that run efficiently so they can focus on what matters most: serving their clients and growing their revenue.

When I’m not supporting clients, I’m a proud mom cheering on my son at his football games, serving on the PTO board at his school, and volunteering in my community. I earned my MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and I’m always looking for ways to grow, both personally and professionally.
